Chow mein



I have tried many recipes of chow mein but the one I tried is wonderful and easy to made. The recipe is here.

Ingredients

1 Packet Chinese egg noodles
200 Grams Chicken
5 tablespoon oil

vegetables

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 medium size bell pepper
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Small Cabbage
  • 1 Spring Onion

Seasoning

  • White Pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dark Soy sauce 4 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 pinch





Cut vegetables in julienne cut. The vegetable I used are carrots, Bell Pepper, Cabbage, Garlic, Spring onion.



Stir fry chicken in 1/2 teaspoon white pepper and 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil. and mix with boiled noodles.


Heat the 4 tablespoons of oil on medium flame.


Add chopped garlic in oil. stir fry for 1 minutes.


Add carrots. stir fry for 2 minutes.


Add bell pepper and fry for 1 minutes


Now add spring onion and cabbage and fry for another 1 minutes



Now mix Chicken and Noodles in vegetable and give it a good mix.


Now the time is for seasoning 1/2 teaspoon of White Pepper, a pinch of sugar, salt and soy sauce. and mix well to eat.
