Cumin seeds Biscuit

People who do not like sweet Biscuits or avoid due to some reason the sweet ones can try these saltish biscuits.

Biscuit Ingredients

  • Flour 2 Cups 
  • Salt 1 Teaspoon 
  • Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon
  • Cumin Seed 1 Tablespoon  and 1 pinch coarsely ground
  • Medium Size Egg 1
  • Cooking Oil 3/4 Cup
  • Sugar 5 TableSpoon

Biscuit Recipe

For the Biscuit Recipe follow the directions of baking. Preheat oven to 180 degrees grease the baking dish and set aside.

Sieve flour and add salt, Cumin seed and baking Powder and set aside.
Mix ground sugar and oil very well.
Slightly beat egg in the sugar and oil mixture.
Mix the egg mixture in flour and knead the dough well.
Make small biscuits of equal size and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve the biscuit with Coffee or Tea and enjoy.
