Eggs are one of the major food and many recipes use it as a major ingredient. It happened many times that I only used yolks and egg white are leftover of the overall recipe, now the problem is what should I make of these Egg White. I tried recipes other than coconut macaroons but the thing worked well is egg white cookies the recipe is below for Egg White.
2 Egg White
80 gram of powder Sugar
100 gram of Flour
100 gram of unsalted Butter
1 Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
1 Pinch of yellow food color
1 pinch of green food color
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking dish.
Mix well butter and sugar at room temperature.
Beat in Egg White in butter sugar mixture till creamy in texture
Now slowly fold sieved flour and salt in the mixture of butter, sugar and Egg White.
Add Vanilla essence and food color in the batter.
Pour the mixture into the Icing bag and make small cookies in the baking dish and slightly pour green color for garnish.
Bake the cookies for 20 minutes if you want them very soft.for crispy turn off the oven and keep the cookies in the oven for another 20 minutes.
The Egg White cookies are ready to enjoy.
