This recpie contains very less oil and red pepper is optional
Ingredients
Burger Buns
Chicken
- · ½ Kg Chicken with bones
- · 1 Teaspoon salt
- · ½ Teaspoon black pepper or White pepper
- · ½ Teaspoon Garam masala
- · ½ Teaspoon red pepper
- · 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
- · 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
- · 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- · 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- · 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
Omelet
- · 1 egg for each burger
- · Pinch of salt
- · Pinch of red pepper
- · Oil for frying
Garnish
- · Lettuce
- · Ketchup
- · Mayonnaise
Recipe
Take chicken in a pan and add all of the ingredients Salt, Pepper, Garam Masala, and Ginger & Garlic Paste. And cook on very low flame until the chicken softens.
Take out cooked soft chicken in a plate and separate from bones.
Now add soy sauce, ketchup and oil in the chicken and cook for another five minutes.
Slightly warm Burger buns.
Take egg in a bowl mix salt and red pepper and fry in little oil.
Put cooked chicken on the burger bun, place omelette, lettuce, Ketchup and mayonnaise.
