Chicken Burger


This recpie contains very less oil and red pepper is optional 

Ingredients

Burger Buns
Chicken
  • ·         ½ Kg Chicken with bones
  • ·         1 Teaspoon salt
  • ·         ½ Teaspoon black pepper or White pepper
  • ·         ½ Teaspoon Garam masala
  • ·         ½ Teaspoon red pepper
  • ·         1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
  • ·         1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • ·         1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ·         1 Tablespoon Ketchup
  • ·         1 Tablespoon cooking oil

Omelet
  • ·         1 egg for each burger
  • ·         Pinch of salt
  • ·         Pinch of red pepper
  • ·         Oil for frying

Garnish
  • ·         Lettuce
  • ·         Ketchup
  • ·         Mayonnaise

Recipe
Take chicken in a pan and add all of the ingredients Salt, Pepper, Garam Masala, and Ginger & Garlic Paste. And cook on very low flame until the chicken softens.

Take out cooked soft chicken in a plate and separate from bones.


Now add soy sauce, ketchup and oil in the chicken and cook for another five minutes.

Slightly warm Burger buns.

Take egg in a bowl mix salt and red pepper and fry in little oil.


Put cooked chicken on the burger bun, place omelette, lettuce, Ketchup and mayonnaise.
