Dorayaki pancakes Christmas recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Bisquick Pancake mix
  • ¾ Cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Cold water
  • ¼ Cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground Sugar Optional
Recipe

Take eggs in the bowl.


Mix ¼ Tablespoon oil in eggs and beat well.

Add ¾ Cup milk in egg and oil mixture and mix well.

Now add 2 cups of pancake mix and Sugar in egg, Oil, Milk mixture and keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to bring smoothness at the good level.

If the consistency is not good to add 1 tablespoon of water in the mixture.

Now grease the pan heating on a moderately low flame and drop a full spoon of mixture in the middle of the pan.


Slightly turn the cake when the bubble appears. Repeat the procedure till mixture is finished.


Now pour you favourite Jam, Maple Syrup, or cream on a pancake and put another one on top of it.
I have Haribos berries inserted on toothpick and pinned the cake to decorate for kids.
