This salad is prepared in tomato salad dressing and can be served anytime.
- 2 Cups of Kidney Beans white
- 2 medium size Apples
- 2 medium Size Capsicum
- 2 medium size ripe Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic sauce
Soak kidney beans for an hour and boil till soft.
Cut apple into small size square.
Cut capsicum in small size square.
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Pour salad dressing over the mixed bean, apple and capsicum and mix well again.
Mix all of the ingredients Tomatoes, Salt, Vinegar, Sugar, Black Pepper, Ketchup, Chili Garlic sauce in a puree blender till turns a smooth paste. Heat the boil in a pan and pour the smooth paste over it and cook till thickens a little now cool it.
